Hello Friends!

My name is Melanie.  My family and I are the owners and manage two duplexes.  We are a family owned and operated beach rental business, licensed to rent by The City of Brigantine.  We are a pet friendly establishment, as we understand our fur babies are important members of our family.

Please note: We are a smoke free establishment.   

All units have a home-like vibe, making it easy to relax and unwind.  Feel free to bring your laptop along with you. 

Owners live on site, and are available to assist you anyway we can. 

We DO NOT rent to minors or anyone under the age of 25, tolerate heavy alcoholic drinking, drug use, vaping, smoking of any kind, college parties, bachelor parties, graduation parties, proms, or after proms. If you make a reservation and attempt to do any of the above, prepare for an immediate eviction, loss of money and legal repercussions.
